Schedio Partners with Microsize to Acquire the Mic Mac Site
We’re excited to share an important milestone in Schedio Group’s journey. Together with Microsize, we have entered into a strategic investment agreement to acquire Lonza’s Micro-Macinazione site (Mic Mac) in Monteggio, Switzerland.
This move strengthens our footprint in high-precision particle processing and further expands our capabilities across jet milling, isolators, spray drying, and advanced powder-handling technologies.
It represents a new chapter for Schedio Group as we continue building integrated, future-ready solutions for partners in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and specialty chemicals sectors.
