The Acquisition of Micro-Macinazione is Complete

Monteggio, Switzerland – 1 May 2026

Effective today, Schedio Group and Microsize have completed the acquisition of Micro-Macinazione (MicMac) from Lonza.

A significant milestone for Schedio Group and the beginning of an exciting new chapter in particle engineering and GMP micronization, right here in Ticino. Together, we are committed to investing in the Monteggio site and expanding its capabilities for pharmaceutical customers across Europe and beyond.
