High containment Mini Spray Dryer S-300
We’re excited to introduce a new high-containment solution, developed in collaboration with BÜCHI Labortechnik AG.
This compact, plug & play isolator is designed for seamless integration with Büchi’s spray dryer platforms — fully compatible with both existing Mini Spray Dryer B-290 units and the latest S-300 models.
The system was engineered following a joint mock-up and testing phase to ensure full functional alignment, usability, and safety performance. It offers a standalone, flexible approach to containment that enhances operator protection and powder control during spray drying — without complicating daily operations.
The isolator is suitable for handling highly potent compounds (OEB5), ensuring maximum protection for the operator. It can operate with compressed air for standard use or with nitrogen, creating an inert processing environment for products sensitive to oxygen or moisture.
