Today, Schedio SA, in collaboration with Buchiglas USA Corp. and Microsize, officially announce a strategic partnership to integrate GMP particle size engineering and containment systems technology distribution to the US market. This collaboration will allow a more efficient presence in the US market of Schedio innovative solutions. In addition, by combining Schedio machinery with the analytical characterization and CDMO services offered by Microsize, we can provide our customers with a wide and complete range of support to meet all their needs for the particle characterization of API and HPAPI in a GMP environment.
The partnership was established Buchiglas USA Corp. as the official distributor for the US market for Schedio products that include the management of the Aftersales Program and Customer Support. Present on the US & Canadian market for many years as a provider of engineering solutions for the pharmaceutical industry, Buchiglas USA Corp’s proven competence in this area and professionalism are an additional guarantee for the high-quality services we can provide.
The collaboration with Microsize integrates the particle size engineering service in the US market. It gives our clients the possibility to do either feasibility test trials of the customer product during the development phase of their equipment or perform a full DOE process capability assessments combined with a comprehensive suite of solid state analytical characterization capabilities as the client prefers. The use of Schedio technologies on the Microsize site allows an easier scale-up or scale-down of the customer process during production, as well as a backup service for micronization.
